Board Remit
JJB Sports' Board of Directors has established three Board Committees, each with clear terms of reference, to which the Board has delegated certain elements of its powers. In line with the Combined Code both the Board and its Committees are supplied with high quality and relevant information in a timely manner for review prior to each meeting enabling them to discharge their duties effectively.
There is effective two way communication between the Board its Committees and the wider team of senior executives. Directors can in the furtherance of their duties, take professional advice at the Company's expense and all Directors have access to the advice and services of the Company Secretary.
